Help Please - Asus HD2

I have the latest version of official HD2

1) How can I transfer movies from Windows 7 PC to Asus HDD? I can watch movies from PC on the Asus Play but can't seem away to transfer movies

2) I tried to put the A.C.Ryan Play on Firmware:
A) How do I set my Harmony Remote to control items in there?
B) Any Step by Step to Make a Jukebox? which I understand will scan my movies and tell me the info on them?
