No, at least not that I know.

No. When you are watching a stream, you press the "music note" button on the remote control and you get an OSD menu. There you can choose the amount of buffer to use.
The more buffer, the longer it takes for a stream to start running but also the more responsive the remote control.
The less buffer, the faster it takes for a stream to start running but also the less responsive the remote control.

You must find playlists by yourself.
All playlists placed in modules just for example.
