Mini plus or hdpr3

I dont now if this is the place to ask this but....

i will buy one of this but im not sure what the best. They have same things but mini is newer.
Please helpme in this decision

I think that iconbit players is better.

Their firmwares are best for users and in mini plus firmware we use iconbit's modded firmware And for R3 there is iconbit skin in amp_r9 firmware.

You seem to know iconbit's firmware a little better than most of us here.
Can you tell me if there are any BIG differences between AMP r9 POHD and AMP r9 HDS42L? I mean, apart from the skin .
Can we use IPTVList on HDS42L's skin too?
Does RSS EX work fine?
Would you know if DLNA/UPnP work fine? About DLNA I am looking for something that doesn't work on HD2/POHD and that is being able to watch a movie with external subtitles (srt) which is resident on an external DLNA HDD device.
Do you know if this works? On POHD I can see the movie from a DLNA source but I don't have subtitles

All modules works fine.
I don't use RSSEX - it's so old. I use module Youtube.
DLNA/UPnP works but i newer use it and dont know about external subs

You can change skin via skin selector and you'll see all differences by yourself. But you'll must change irfake config.

Can you clarify if Dvdplayer that comes with skin POHD is different from the Dvdplayer that comes with skin HDS42L?
Is there any clear downside to using AMP with HDS42L skin instead of POHD skin? I mean, apart from the look and feel.

In this forum skin means not only images. It's another usr/local/bin and DvdPlayer too.
So changing skin "changes" your firmware to another without flashing.
Also after changing skin you can delete another to get more free space on player.
