i know that isn't place for basics of using linux but on ours oplays you can use fdisk more at http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Partition/fdisk_partitioning.html

i dont know why you must do that on o!play? but if you dont know... what you can use to do that -do that on windows

So only 1 way to do that, take hdd out from player format ir again with computer and put ir back to player?

As you can see, this way is easier and faster as fdisk and mkswap

about what way you speaking ? i still can get a point how to do that without normal computer. only using player and modules its possible format and make swap? if my hdd havent swap created.
I instaled moservices on Drive and swap on drive, i have now Available memory 461.1 MB is it enaught?

hm...my prev post its about how you can do swap partition on oplay but you still need a computer with telnet to do that ...


edit.... yes thats is ok ...but why your oplay show you taht value i dont know .. for example my doesnt show. Only internel memory not with swap on external drive
