Wrong. While Veetle and Sopcast don't work, Futubox does work if you have a valid user account.

You can watch ORF and VOX so you have IPTVxtra properly installed.
All the other ones that you are complaining are from IPTV lists that need to be updated regularly due to their content being very popular. Due to that, they don't work on my end either.
You see, the more popular a channel is the more protected it is by its owner.
Sometimes you can watch it for a couple of hours but then the guy that is sharing the channel with us needs to stop using that URL/account and that's when we lose access to the channel.
The streamer keeps opening accounts on other IPTV broadcasting servers everyday so that channel owner can't catch him doing it.
What can we do? We can only:
- pay Futubox (if it isn't a scam).
- learn to discover RTMP URLs with RTMPDumpHelper (google) on popular IPTV sites (*).
- keep looking for streams that are not volatile like Wilmaa's streams.
(*) - if you know a site with lots of Flash (RTMP) IPTV streams it is very likely that you can maybe use RTMPDumpHelper on those streams to learn their URL. Then you just need to create a playlist to use with IPTVxtra.
One piece of advise: calm down and maybe people will try to help you. If you shoot in every direction people will lose interest in your queries and start ignoring you
.
Don't think you'll learn all this in a week. It will take time, will take a lot of your patience and some of our patience too.
