Xtreamer SW2 already has lighttpd and php. You may use some modules, but you must really to know, how works moS :( By hand you may install and maybe to run moS on this player.
ASUS O!Play R1 (amp_r12_vrtn), xTreamer Pro (amp_r12_vrt), xTreamer Prodigy (iNeXT 2.14 r2), IconBIT HDR12L (amp_r12_vrt), 3Q F425HW (xds42gl_7725_r3), MyGica A11 (mygica_m3_20121222)

OK, so just to be clear about what you are suggesting: I take the lighttpd and php binaries and related files, move them to my box, replace binaries in the moS folder and reattempt starting the services ?
Thanks,

Thanks,

I now looked: Xtreamer SW2 FW based on uClibc0.9.28 :( I feel sorry for you.

This means I can't even get xLive (etc) to work on my box as well. :(
Is there any chance you would consider future recompilation of moS ?

By the way, if I went on trying to get the required binaries via optware, is there a way for me to know the version is uClibc used in the compilation of the modules available on optware ?
Thanks so much for your help so far, you saved me alot of work.

Yes, but you can use a part of this FW - web server and php, compiled with uClibc_0.9.30
